The Oberson Oil, Inc. Story

Oberson Oil, Inc. is located in Corvallis, Oregon with plants also located in Toledo and Bellfountain, Oregon. The company is a third generation organization having an association with 76 Lubricants since 1932 when Henry Oberson established the company in Albany, Oregon. Al and Bum Oberson joined their father and worked together until Bum's death. Mark Oberson joined the family business in 1970 and has been the manager/president since Al's semi-retirement in 1986. Al Oberson and Pearl Oberson are still active in the business. Al is in the office every morning. Mark's wife, Brenda, works in the office and Brooke and Dax Oberson, the fourth generation, have joined the company's staff. This is truly a family business and we have served central western Oregon for 67 years.

In 1993, Stuart Davis retired from the Toledo plant and it was purchased from him by Oberson Oil, Inc. Long-time Toledo residents Dale & Diane Sturdevant staff the plant.

The Obersons have made a strong commitment to being part of the Toledo community and surrounding areas. We are proud of all of our staff and most of our employees have been with us many years. Our drivers, support people and service technicians are willing to go the extra mile for our customers.
